Barb is passionate about teaching people how to heal both physical and mental health issues. She wants to work with individuals and teams who are ready be honest with themselves and move to the next level. She enjoys helping people learn how to connect with themselves and others in deeper ways so they can develop more satisfying relationships. Barb strongly believe that we all need to know how to read our own, and others, body language and energy more effectively. We need to trust, and act on, our intuition. We also need to care about, and respect, ourselves and others.
Barb will help you get clear on who you are, who you want to be, and how to get there. In the process, you will learn how to engage in the drama-free conversations you need to have, how to set and enforce boundaries and how to ask for what you need.
